McLean Public was set up from a very straightforward belief that there is no single executive recruitment company dedicated to shifting the dial for diversity specifically across government, public enterprise and publicly funded commercial entities. Our bold and simple aspiration is to put that right. Committed and passionate about the sectors we work in, our vision is to not only turn the dial for senior level appointments across the UK, but to also offer an inclusive candidate experience that ensures the playing field is truly equal.
