Elaine is a DEI Associate Consultant for McLean Public. She works with clients to challenge old ways of thinking and embrace new, more inclusive perspectives and practices, which deliver tangible results. With board-level experience and over 20yrs in HR, change management and DEI, Elaine’s diverse background spans both public and private sectors, from educational establishments and agile tech-start-ups to established FTSE 100 corporations. This breadth of exposure allows her to provide strategic insights and deliver tailored solutions for organisations, from navigating complex changes to fostering inclusive cultures and enhancing leadership effectiveness for peak team performance. She is a certified coach, Fellow Member of the CIPD, holds a BA Honours in Business Studies and is certified in MSP Programme Management and Prosci Change Management.
