Makedah is McLean Public's DEI Associate Consultant. Makedah has worked in various policy and commercial roles for the UK government and in the private sector for over 8 years. Makedah has experience across many sectors including Health, Energy and EDI. Her passion for policy and strong knowledge of current and upcoming practices within EDI enables her to support organisations of all sizes to assess, redevelop and analyse their policies and processes supporting their wider goals and leveraging their growth.
She is a holder of BA in Political Science and Social Policy and a Masters of Research in Public Policy.
