Neal joined McLean Public in 2023 as Partner and leads on our Health and Social Impact proposition partnering with Health and Third sector organisations in appointing their executive and non-executive teams. Neal truly values the power of teamwork and strongly believes in a collaborative working approach by treating clients as partners and providing insight to allow for them to make the best strategic talent decisions for their business. Prior to joining McLean Public, Neal headed up the Healthcare Practice at Veredus and was also a Director at Norman Broadbent as part of over a decade long career in recruitment. He is a huge advocate of equality, diversity and inclusion from his own lived experience and has assisted many organisations in the public and private sector to ensure they have an equitable hiring process that enables all to thrive, as well as conducting talks to organisations around the power of having a workplace that embraces neurodiversity. He has hands on Trustee experience having been a Trustee for his local homeless shelter The Winchester Beacon and is currently Chair for the mental health charity ADHD UK.
