Nick founded McLean and its subsidiary companies in 2005. He provides leadership oversight of the group whilst continuing to remain actively involved with his clients in the financial services sector. With twenty years’ experience working for clients in his sector, Nick is well positioned to advise senior management on key hiring while providing trusted counsel surrounding the strategy and execution of clients’ development plans. He has been involved in the build out of market leading equity research departments in London and the hiring of top rated equities fund managers and teams. Nick has a BA in Politics.
