Rebecca is McLean Public’s lead for Place and Sustainability and is responsible for placing leaders into senior leadership roles. Rebecca has worked in executive recruitment for over 10 years having joined McLean from Penna in June 2020. Rebecca has experience across many sectors including Local Government, Housing and Regeneration. She has built up a strong track record over the years that includes recruitment of Chief Executives, Directors, Assistant Directors and Head of Level and. Rebecca’s areas of professional knowledge encompass the entire recruitment life-cycle including: candidate sourcing and headhunting; application sifts, longlisting and shortlisting; preparation and arrangement of interview process, preparation and arrangement of assessment centres/testing and reference and other eligibility checks. She holds a BA in Human Geography.
