The role

McLean Public are partnering exclusively with a specialist NHS organisation who provide mental health, learning disability and neurodevelopmental services, in their search for a new Divisional Clinical Director on a 6 month FTC.

The role has the potential to be a key driver for innovation and transformation across the Trust and beyond and with Universities as willing partners, this makes this an exciting prospect. We are looking for someone who is willing to step into a role which is both challenging whilst also a great learning opportunity as the Trust seeks to enhance clinical leadership through its new divisional structures.

The successful candidate will seek to develop key relationships with senior clinicians both within the division and its partners in order to improve clinical effectiveness and outcomes. We are looking for someone who has the ability to connect with stakeholders, win hearts and minds, and who can be future focused and up for leading and managing change.
