As part of Croydon Council’s ambitious transformation plans it is now looking for a Strategic Reward Lead to join its talented HR Division to ensure it delivers on its groundbreaking People and Cultural Transformation Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Pay and Reward Strategy for the Council, bringing fresh ideas and knowledge of current best practice. You will be responsible for creating innovative approaches to pay and reward that align with the Council’s vision and drive for organisational success.
